Private Suites:

The Werkshires has multiple private office suites ranging from 175 sq ft to 500 sq ft., with prices ranging from $750-$1500/mo.

Typically, all private suites require a 2-year lease agreement, first and last month's rent and a security deposit.*

*Due to the uncertainty created by COVID-19, the Werkshires is presently accepting month to month tenants

Co-Working Room:

The Werkshires has 1 Co-Working Room with 4 Semi-Private dedicated desks that range from $300-$400/mo. Co-working tenants have all the other amenities of the Werkshires included with their rent.

This is perfect for the professional who simply needs some quiet space to work and a dedicated desk. Semi-private means you have a lock on your door and can leave your stuff and come and go as you please.

The Werkroom (On-Demand Office & Conference Rental):

For the professional or small business that needs a Private Office & Conference Room on-demand rather than all the time, The Werkshires offers the perfect solution.

Our Werkroom comes fully equipped with desks, chairs, conference table, whiteboard, printer, projector and internet for all your professional needs..

FEE:

$150 per full day (up 12 hours)
